Dino Park is a dinosaur themed amusement park. At first I struggled to come up with a way to showcase the dinosaur nature of the park by the typeface alone and having a typeface that was separated from the icon seemed to be the incorrect thing for this logo. In the end, I decided that the icon would take center stage, allowing for the title of the park to be an accessory to it. The spiked plates of the dinosaur allow for a natural fit for the mark. I wanted to give a childlike look to the logo, so i decided to go with a bright green and orange color choice. By choosing these colors, I was able to reflect the color that many toy dinosaurs are.
